This colorful dragonfly will delight you! The dragonfly is created using a glass mold and then fused in a kiln to over 1500* to create a dragonfly cast in glass. The wings are then hand painted, fired (much lower temperature this time) and finished with a protective clear coat. The dragonfly is then mounted on the face of this custom frame. Behind the dragonfly you’ll find "The Story of the Dragonfly", a fable that is often used to explain death to young children.
