How soon will my order ship?

Most items are made to order but typically ship within 7-10 business days.  See the item description for specific production times.

How much is shipping?

All orders over $75 ship free via USPS Retail Package Services. (That includes international orders.)  US customers can also select UPS Ground or USPS Express shipping at checkout for an additional fee.  All orders ship from my studio in Connecticut.

How will my order ship?

All orders are shipped boxed, carefully wrapped and protected. I often recycle or reuse packing materials and encourage you to do the same.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Please note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes or duties.

Do you accept returns?

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or shop credit.  Items purchased between October 1st and December 25th can be exchanged until January 15th of the following year.  Email becky@creativefusionglass.com to arrange an exchange or return.

What do I do if my piece arrives broken?

Please contact me within 5 business days of receipt at becky@creativefusionglass.com if your piece arrives broken.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal.  You can also split your purchase into four interest-free payments using AfterPay.

 How secure is this store?

This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments.  PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
